Privacy
Plain-language rules for using TruBridge to email or WhatsApp your customers — and how we handle your account data.
What we collect
When you use TruBridge we may collect: your account details (such as work email and workspace name), business profile information you add, channel settings you connect (for example Meta, WhatsApp, or email), customer or CRM data you import, and campaign content needed to run the product.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide and improve TruBridge, run campaigns you approve, process your subscription billing, send service or security messages, support your workspace, and protect against abuse.
Your customer lists
You own the lists you bring into TruBridge. Before you send marketing email or WhatsApp messages, you must have permission (or another lawful reason) from those people. TruBridge does not sell your customer lists.
Email & WhatsApp
- Honour unsubscribe and STOP requests. When channels are connected, TruBridge helps keep those people off future sends.
- WhatsApp marketing must go only to people who opted in, using approved message templates and WhatsApp’s rules for your business account.
Ads audiences
If you upload customer lists to Meta (or similar ad tools) through TruBridge, you confirm those people can be included under the platform’s rules and your own consent practices.
Payments
TruBridge bills you for your SaaS subscription. If you connect payment tools to take money from your own customers, those charges are between you and that payment provider — not part of your TruBridge subscription invoice.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, and basic product analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
